Tribe Spirit - Jamery
Jamery Siga - The Paralympian Swimmer.
We created a series of Sarawakian stories inspired by true people's experiences, one of which features Jamery Siga, a Paralympics swimmer. The story begins with a tourist noticing Jamery's abnormal hand and learning of his polio disease. Jamery shares his desire to reunite with his son, whom he hasn't seen in a long time.
When Jamery arrives at his village, he is excited to embrace his son, but the story takes a twist when it is revealed that Jamery is actually a Paralympics swimmer. Despite facing many challenges, Jamery works hard to make a living, pursue his dreams, and be with his family.
This story illustrates the resilience and determination of the people of Sarawak, and it encourages others to never give up on themselves.
